In over 30 years of leasing commercial space for my companies, I have found the Resco properties in Laguna Hills to be the best. They do not allow junk to be accumulated on their properties, no abandoned or disabled vehicles, or piles of tenant debris. They maintain the property to the same high-standards as I do my own home. The free parking is great with many available spaces for tenants or their guests. The flowers and other external amenities provide a welcoming environment for our workers and guests.

My company has leased corporate offices and warehousing from RESCO Properties for over nine years.
The physical property is always well maintained in a professional quality condition. Compared to other properties, this really feels like home to me. If location is important, this is the place. This property is conveniently located just off the Lake Forest and 5 Freeway Hub. We are right in the center of Orange County.
Management is first rate, and on site. They are always happy to help out and answer any questions.
This fiscal management is also well audited and managed. Statements and collections are handled by another professional asset management company, via the mail. On several occasions we have considered moving, but each time we are drawn back to this wonderfully managed and centrally located property.
A side note: We just renewed out lease, and plan on being here for quite a while.
